Sharing the Gospel Revives Hearts and Churches

If so, please let us help. Being empowered to share the Gospel and seeing what we at Pocket Full of Change Ministries call the "Holy Spirit Glow" light up faces when people invite Jesus to be their Savior will revive and bring unity to a congregation in a way that nothing else can. When people see Jesus change a life, their own faith deepens as they feel the power of the Holy Spirit flow through them and into another person. Evangelism Boot Camp brings new life and hope into churches.

Our evangelism boot camp begins with taking a small group of church leaders out to witness the Holy Spirit work. The Holy Spirit ALWAYS puts on a show. Then, in a classroom setting, we invite church members to hear testimonies of what church leaders witnessed and learn and practice simple and proven ways to share the Gospel. This session also includes tips for leading friends and family to Jesus. Next, we go out into city malls, parks, or places where people gather and practice what we learned. We end the Boot Camp by coming back together to bear witness to what we experienced.

We'll leave your church with our evangelism kit and help you design an ongoing evangelism program. We can arrange periodic follow up support.

This is called Boot Camp for a reason. It is intense but people will leave changed. We will work out any schedule but our ideal schedule is this:

Prior to the Boot Camp: The church begins praying in preparation and memorizing 4 simple scriptures.

Friday Night: A group of about 5 church leaders meet at 6 in a mall for dinner and brief training. After dinner, we walk the mall until closing. Cheryle Touchton takes the lead on evangelizing and stops to discuss each encounter.

Saturday: 9-2: The entire church comes together for fun, inspiration. and training. After a brief introduction from Cheryle, church leaders share testimonies from the night before. Cheryle presents a simple process for giving the Gospel and offers specific tips for evangelizing with strangers, friends, and families. The session includes role play and practice sessions.

Saturday 3-6: We divide into small groups of 3-5 and assign a leader to each group. Cheryle often solicits the help of evangelist friends in the local area to lead groups. We go to prearranged places to practice.

Saturday Night: The church comes together for dinner, worship, and testimony time that goes until we are finished. We have found that people don't want to go home.

Sunday Worship: Often churches invite Cheryle to present "Witnessing Miracles" during the sermon time. This inspiring multimedia presentation demonstrates how God is working across America and demonstrates the process of giving the Gospel. Cheryle customizes it for each event and includes stories and pictures from the boot camp just experienced.
